Close to where we wanted to be. Very clean which is very high on my list.

The beds are Horrific. Service is poor, there was no one at reception when we wanted to check in. My husband had to go around looking for someone to check us in. He found someone in the bar but the person did not come to reception only a good 15 min later the same person that was in the bar did our check in.

My stay was well. At night when everyone was in their rooms, it became very peaceful.

I loved the room, very spacious and clean.

The entrance from the parking is not so welcoming, the wooden floors are not looked well after. The place was noisy though, next time I would prefer a room in the upper floor. We were on the ground floor ,next to the swimming pool , we could hear the people's voices from the swimming pool side.

A must to improve to keep customers.

The food was well prepared, the receptionist was friendly and professional. The staff friendly and well presentable.

The beds status spoiled everything delapidated poor quality. Everything was good but it was just a nightmare to sleep in your poor quality mattresses, We could not sleep at all I woke up with a painful body please do something. The entrance stairs on the west side needs attention, wooden tops are loose and resemble OHS hazard. The parking safety is questionable as not all security walls are in place.

Enjoyed my stay but there are a lot of improvements that can be and should be done.

I liked the decor, the friendly staff and the central location. All the staff members that I dealt with were fantastic and for me they are the best thing about the hotel, compliments to them (from the Receptionist all the way to the housekeeping staff and everyone in between).

*The bed was not comfortable at all, please change them. *The tiles in the shower are very slippery and dangerous. *The lack of water now and then (perhaps have a borehole or something like that since you are having challenges with the supply of water from the municipality). *The noise levels from other guests on the corridors. *Had fish for dinner one evening and I did not finish it cause it was not good at all, I ate the chips and the salad. *The deck leading into the hotel from the parking is very unstable. Hopefully this review assists the hotel in improving where they lack cause I think this place has a lot of potential and I would not mind coming back again in the future, hopefully with some improvements made.

Shortage of water was a serious challenge. Such a hotel must have boreholes and water tanks for crisis time. The rooms were smelling really bad due to the water shortage. I think it is high time you change the beds that are really worn out

The rooms where old, from door nobs to the tap and also the shower. The hotel needs to put in modern things the wardrobe need to be upgraded and also fumigate the rooms there were cockroaches very small ones

The outside need revamping,the entrance it’s not inviting, give it a little bit of light in color, it’s so dull

The rooms are clean,linen is clean,the breakfast top on the list,the staff is well trained on customer care they are no1. Thabita love her she even went out her way to take us round the premises, so good

Didn’t like the hotel side, nothing interesting there, felt like I am in a prison,rules not flexible,you can’t even bring your drinks, I enjoy tea so would like to take it whenever I want, not 2 teabags given then you are done with tea for the night

The place is affordable but it does not mean it shouldn’t be taken care off. I personally wouldn’t recommend it. Room not so clean There were cockroaches, not one I saw about 5 No shower gel, The sliding door to the pool area very hard to open Ended up sleeping on the chair coz my body was itching when in the sheets. I don’t know if there bed bugs or what.

A place to sleep over

It was close to the Forever Resort. The reception staff was friendly and polite. Check in and out was relatively quick. Secure parking.

A significant amount of the inventory was not in the unit, especially crockery. Staff did not replace. Just marked as not in unit during check. Bar stools were sticky, mugs still had stains from last use (in cupboard), bathroom was still dirty from last use (previous occupant) TV had no remote.
